E3A provides unparalleled professional training, certification and learning opportunities for corporate trainers, coaches, educators and equine specialists who facilitate learning experiences based on the horse/human connection.  E3A fills the gap for professionals who want to facilitate experiential learning with horses outside of existing special needs and/or mental health models.
 
What:    E3A Foundation Training - Gain a deeper understanding of horse and herd behavior, experiential and coaching facilitation skills, and interactive activities that leverage the horse/human connection.  Understand why horses, as co-facilitators, provide an experiential learning experience with value and benefits unlike any other learning or growth experience.  More information at http://e3assoc.org/TrainingPrograms.

What:    E3A Corporate Training - Learn how to design and conduct professional and meaningful workshops for business teams with horses.  Develop facilitation skills through practical, hand-on experience.  Learn about individual and team assessments (including StrengthsFinder), team maturity, the team change process, and the process for a delivering a development program with horses that delivers lasting impact.  Both the Foundation and Corporate Training programs are prerequisites to being certified by E3A in Corporate Training.   More information athttp://e3assoc.org/TrainingPrograms.
