What: E3A Corporate Training - Learn how to design and conduct professional and meaningful workshops for business teams with horses. Develop facilitation skills through practical, hand-on experience. Learn about individual and team assessments (including StrengthsFinder), team maturity, the team change process, and the process for a delivering a development program with horses that delivers lasting impact.
